Aergo Capital Announces the Acquisition of One Boeing 737-800 aircraft, on lease to Transavia, from Pulsar Aero Global

03 October 2025 – Dublin, Ireland: Aergo Capital Ltd. (“Aergo”) announces the acquisition of one (1) Boeing 737-800 aircraft with MSN 34172, on lease to Transavia, from Pulsar Aero Global.

Fred Browne, Chief Executive Officer at Aergo Capital commented: “We are delighted to announce the acquisition of one Boeing 737-800 aircraft from Pulsar, with a Transavia lease attached.  We would like to extend our gratitude to both parties for their diligence and collaboration in getting this deal over the line.”

PK AirFinance acted as the sole lender on the transaction.
