Aergo Capital Promotes Niamh McCabe to Chief People Officer

Aergo Capital today announced the promotion of Niamh McCabe to Chief People Officer. Niamh joined Aergo Capital as Head of People, where she has been responsible for leading the company’s people strategy, including talent development, employee experience, and organisational design.
In her new role as Chief People Officer, Niamh will lead Aergo’s global people strategy, supporting the continued growth of the business and further strengthening the company’s culture and leadership capability.
Niamh brings over 24 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Aergo Capital, she held a senior leadership role at AMCK Aviation and previously at BNRG Renewables. She also served as Head of HR Ireland at AerCap, where she led the HR function across the company’s Irish operations during a period of significant growth and organisational change. Since joining Aergo, Niamh has played a key role in developing the company’s people function and supporting its ongoing growth. Her promotion reflects the contribution she has made to the business and Aergo’s confidence in her continued leadership.
