Catherine Power is the Chief Legal Officer at Aergo Capital, where she leads the company’s legal strategy and oversees all legal and governance matters. She also serves as Company Secretary for all Aergo’s Irish entities, playing a central role in maintaining regulatory and corporate compliance at group level.

Catherine joined Aergo Capital in January 2024 as SVP Legal and was appointed Head of Legal later that year, before taking up the Chief legal officer position in June 2025. Catherine has over 14 years of experience in the aviation industry, including her previous role as General Counsel at Seraph Aviation Group where she was part of the senior leadership team.

Catherine holds an honours degree in Business from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from Dublin Institute of Technology, and a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Financing from the Law Society of Ireland. She was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in 2011.
