About the role:
Based in Dublin and reporting to the Head of Contracts Management, the Contracts Management Associate will support Aergo’s Contracts Management activities. The ideal candidate will be analytically strong, commercially minded, and eager to contribute across all areas of the Contracts Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Aircraft utilisation input, system reconciliation and trend analysis.
- Month end maintenance fund reconciliation.
- Maintenance rates annual escalations and reviews.
- Support account management through lease payment review, cash allocations and customer statement of account.
- Monthly process management, meeting preparation and meeting notes.
- Prepare and distribute monthly lease/portfolio information reports.
- Documentation reconciliation and system upload.
- Review and audit of aircraft lease summaries.
- Participation in ongoing process reviews and improvements of activities.
- Capture and manage integrity of assigned relevant leases/ portfolio lease information in the Company’s Contract Management System (CMS).
- Support monthly API data links from Contract Management System to wider company IT systems.
- Manage ad-hoc special transactions.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, legal, engineering, aviation management or a related discipline.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong IT literacy, with knowledge of AI considered an advantage.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
