James Dwyer is the Head of Portfolio Management & Pricing at Aergo Capital, responsible for underwriting new business and optimising the value of the existing portfolio.

James has over 10 years of experience in the aviation industry. He began his career in the Maintenance and Engineering department at Aer Lingus, developing a strong technical foundation before joining Aergo Capital in 2016.

Since joining Aergo, James has played a key role in the company’s growth, helping to expand the portfolio from 25 aircraft to a peak of 300 owned and managed assets. As Head of Portfolio Management & Pricing, he combines technical and financial expertise to support strategic decision-making.

James holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick, where he graduated with first-class honours.
