Jenny O’Shea is the Head of Risk at Aergo Capital, responsible for leading the company’s risk management function.

Jenny joined Aergo Capital in 2022 from GECAS, where she held various roles, including Senior Risk Underwriter for Aircraft, Engines, and Cargo programmes, as well as Global Compliance Leader and Global Risk Operations Leader. She has 20 years of experience in structuring transactions and developing risk management strategies for aviation leasing portfolios.

Jenny holds a first-class honours degree in Business (Risk Management & Law) and a Specialist Diploma in Aviation Finance from the University of Limerick.
