Niamh McCabe is the Head of Human Resources at Aergo Capital, where she is responsible for leading the company’s people strategy and overseeing all aspects of talent, culture, and organisational development.

She has over 24 years of experience in human resources, primarily in the aviation sector. Prior to joining Aergo Capital, she held senior leadership roles at BNRG Renewables and AMCK Aviation, and served as Head of HR Ireland at AerCap, where she led the HR function across the company’s Irish operations during a period of significant growth, integration, and organisational change.

Niamh holds an M.Sc. in Work and Organisational Psychology from Dublin City University and a BA in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
