Paul is Chief Executive Officer of Aergo Capital and brings more than 25 years of international experience across aircraft leasing, asset management, banking, consultancy, and airline operations. Having worked in Dublin, London, and Hong Kong, he has built a broad and diverse career spanning aviation finance, structured transactions, portfolio management, and corporate leadership. Paul began his career with Aer Lingus before moving into banking and aircraft leasing, where he developed extensive expertise in debt syndication, aircraft trading, structured finance, and strategic advisory services.  Prior to joining Aergo Capital, Paul led PwC Ireland’s Aviation Finance Advisory practice, advising airlines, lessors, investors, and financial institutions on strategic, commercial, and transaction-related matters. Before that, he served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of AMCK Aviation, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic direction and growth.
