Pearl Grouse is the Head of Finance at Aergo Capital, leading the Group’s finance function. Since joining Aergo in 2015 as Financial Controller, she has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth. She was promoted to her current role in 2024.

With over 25 years of experience in audit, accounting, taxation, and financial management, Pearl has held senior positions in aircraft leasing platforms and corporate service providers, including Global Aviation Asset Management and Capital.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Certified Accountants and an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser.
